If goods are faulty you may exchange your purchases or return them for a refund. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipted delivery.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the items for store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on earrings in order to ensure that hygiene standards are maintained.
If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. We will only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging and have not been worn.
